This spring Southern Graces catered a luncheon held at a private home to thank the major donors of a local non profit. It could not have been done more perfectly. The food - chicken salad, cucumber sandwiches, fruit salad, stuffed eggs and yummy brownies and lemon tarts - was ample, delicious and attractively presented. What made it all go so smoothly was the efficient, pleasant staff. Everything for the luncheon including china, glassware and silver was brought in before the party and when all was cleared and the happy guests had departed the house looked just as orderly as when we arrived.

the luncheon for the 10th Anniversary
Celebration of Pro2Serve on April 6. The
food was absolutely delicious and the
presentation even better than I expected.
I’ve never worked with a catering staff as
pleasant and accommodating as yours. They
helped me above and beyond anything that I
ever expected – even before I asked…..You

I thought it was wonderful! IT was a beautiful venue and your tables were gorgeous- from the flowers to the candlelight. The food was excellent and the service even better. One footnote from the director of the Museum- she commented on how great you all picked up, cleaned up upon your departure. That has not always been the case and they really appreciated that effort. All in all, I’d give you an A + for the evening. FYI, Your service staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.
